What is Eternall Stories?
Eternall Stories builds the infrastructure of Luxury Continuity: the layer that lets a precious object keep its story beyond the boutique, across its owners and the generations. At the service of Maisons, jewelers, watchmakers and galleries.
Is it complicated to deploy?
No. Deployment requires no technical skill and does not weigh down the advisor’s gesture. We start simply: a few pieces, your visuals, your voice.
Is it white-labeled?
Yes. The experience is deployed in your codes, in your name. We remain the discreet infrastructure; your Maison leads on every touchpoint.
How much does it cost?
The model is designed to stay accessible to independents. Pricing depends on the product and the volume: let’s talk, and we will show you what would activate first for you.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Primary hosting in Europe, end-to-end encryption, strict per-Maison isolation, GDPR compliance by design. You keep control of your data.
What if Eternall Stories were to disappear?
The memory of the pieces is designed to survive, independent of any platform, thanks to a decentralized permanence layer. This is our answer to a Maison’s most legitimate objection.
How do NFC and QR work?
One gesture is enough: a tap on the NFC chip, or a scan of the QR code, and the piece’s passport opens. No app for the client to install.
Does it integrate with my existing tools?
Yes. APIs and webhooks let it complement your clienteling and CRM. We complement the existing setup, we do not replace it.

How do I join the Collection public preview?
Collection is in public preview: create your account at collection.eternallstories.com and start right away. Free for up to three pieces, no card required.
What can I concretely do with Collection?
Gather your pieces (photograph them, the app recognises the brand and model and pre-fills the record), attach memories in photo, text, voice or video, document their provenance in a life ledger, track their value, entrust them through a private, revocable link, and prepare their transmission.
How much does Collection cost?
Free for up to three pieces. Beyond that, Patrimoine at 69 € incl. tax per year (unlimited pieces, full dossier, sharing and transmission, the Book of my collection), and Patrimoine familial at 199 € incl. tax per year for six loved ones. No commitment, cancel any time.
Do my memories stay private?
Yes. Your stories, photos and documents are encrypted and private by default. You decide what you share, you can revoke access at any time, and export your data whenever you wish.
What is Case?
Case is the connected écrin: a discreet NFC chip, set into a watch or jewelry box, that keeps the memory of the pieces it holds. The écrin becomes narrative and heritage.
How do I prepare the transmission of my collection?
Entrust a piece or a gallery while keeping control, then pass it on to an heir, or gather a family circle of up to six loved ones. The piece travels with all its memory, documents and stories.
